David Wragg - Owner & Vehicle Diagnsotic Specialist

Hi, my name is David Wragg. I run DJWW Auto Diagnostics, a small family business based in the West Midlands, United Kingdom.

DJWW was set up out of a genuine frustration with poor fault-finding and guesswork diagnostics. Like many vehicle owners, I experienced situations where problems weren’t properly diagnosed, parts were replaced unnecessarily, and the real fault was never addressed.

Over time, this led me to focus heavily on proper diagnostics, logical fault-finding and electronic system understanding, rather than parts swapping.

I now specialise in multi-brand vehicle diagnostics, coding, programming and electronic module repair, working on a wide range of European and Japanese vehicles. This includes both older vehicles and modern CAN-based systems.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience, I regularly diagnose complex electrical and software issues that other garages struggle with — from immobiliser faults and coding issues to infotainment problems and module failures.

My aim is simple: honest diagnostics, clear explanations and the correct fix, without unnecessary work or guesswork.
