This FTDI lead, when combined with the VCDS Lite V1.2 software, allows you to talk to the modules on your VAG Group car (Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat & Ford), using your own laptop, saving you expensive dealer diagnostic fees.

An FTDI chip, equipped cable is essential for a reliable connection to your vehicle. Please note that cheaper cables containing the CH340 chip or similar will not work and will cause connection problems.

This package will help diagnose and delete faults. It can also do basic programmiung and coding on your car. Full software and instructions are provided on the CD.

What laptop spec do I need?

This software will run on any laptop with a minimum 1Gb of free hard drive space and 1Gb of RAM

Software works on both 32 and 64-Bit versions of Windows

Software is provided on one professionally created CD

The package comes complete with step by step easy-to-follow installation instructions.

Most people install my software and get working on their car straight away, but if you experience difficulties, I will provide technical assistance should you need it to help you install and configure the software on your laptop.
